FORMED IN SEPTEMBER 1999, THE CONTRACTS DIVISION HAS ESTABLISHED ITSELF AS A MAJOR FORCE IN TYRE CONTRACTS

The belief is simple;

Quality tyre inspections and full tyre management.

Tyre inspections are carried out at monthly intervals or at any time scale that suits the operation.

The experienced staff in the Contracts office monitors every inspection, ensuring that in effect every tyre is checked twice. In this way cost saving service work is identified and acted upon early, also reducing costly downtime for the operating vehicles.  

Every Tyre transaction is monitored, checked and input in a Dedicated Tyre Management Computer System. The use of this computer gives our experienced staff the ability to track tyre performance, this in conjunction with the tyre inspections, ensure tyre asset is maxmised to the full.

There are 3 contracts to consider

Each type of contract has its own merits and careful consideration is given to every operation to ensure that the correct contract is recommended.

Tyre inspections and computer monitoring is standard to all types of contract at no extra charge.

PAY AS YOU GO

This type of contract is the traditional type where prices are pre negotiated and all work is charged for at the time of supply. Invoicing can either be singular or consolidated monthly.

This type of contract allows you to control your own costs.

FIXED PRICE

By far the most popular type of contract we offer.

Monthly charges are fixed in the contract, allowing you to budget for tyre costs for the whole duration of the contract, insuring against unexpected tyre bills that may be hidden around the corner.

PENCE PER KILOMETER

This type of contract is similar to a pay as you go contract , where prices are pre negotiated by kilometers driven. The charges are based on the mileage carried out by each vehicle.

This type of contract would suit operations where vehicle mileage fluctuate.
